  You can find this in the same level as diamond. However it is twice as rare as diamond, this means its very hard to find!

      WTF REALY O.O NO WONDER I COULDENT FIND IT XD i went for a hunt and found 10 diamond and :P well NO LAPIS

  You can mine it with pickaxe (i think minimum stone didnt try with wooden) and they are not so rare
